Solid wood clarinet is made of natural wood, so it is sensitive to sharp temperature and humidity changes, which is also the cause of tube damage and rupture. For newly purchased musical instruments, the first playing time needs to be controlled at about 5 minutes, the second at about 10 minutes, and the third at about 20 minutes. Winter should not use musical instruments in windy days, do not get outdoor, do not put musical instruments in places with heating and high temperature, summer should not be exposed to the sun, this can effectively prevent, or reduce the phenomenon of cracks in wooden clarinet. Every year need to be sent to the professional musical instrument shop for full maintenance, the general professional will test whether the pad has air leakage, and replace the pad for comprehensive cleaning. Regular maintenance of clarinet is still necessary.
